Welcome to Your Social Worker
As a social worker, I have two key goals in working with people: help people get along better and help people feel better about themselves. I do this as best I can.
People typically choose to see me because I have more than 28 years of experience and have been deemed an expert in social work, marital and family therapy, child development, parent-child relationships, as well as custody and access matters by Courts in Ontario. Because of my depth of expertise and approach to service, people come from considerable distances, even when they have other help or benefits available.

I provide the information and articles on my website as a free and open resource hoping they may be sufficient in addressing your needs. per the Honourable Justice Turnbull of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice: Mr.
Direnfeld has done an exemplary job in preparing his report; Mr. Direnfeld made
specific findings which I think are important; ...Mr. Direnfeld recommended in
his well written report that the present joint parenting arrangement continue as
per the Order of Justice Kent; I find the recommendations made by Mr. Direnfeld
to largely be in the best interests of the children.
